Cartly ("the app") is built to protect your privacy. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with information.

  1. Information We Collect Cartly does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. The app does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or any other identifying information.
  2. Your Data Stays on Your Device All content you create in Cartly — including shopping lists, items, prices, budgets, pantry products, and reminder settings — is stored locally on your device. This data is never uploaded to us or to any third party. If you delete the app, this data is removed from your device.
  3. Notifications If you choose to enable a reminder for a list, the app schedules a local notification on your device and requests your permission to send notifications. These notifications are generated entirely on your device. No reminder content is sent to us or to any third party. You can disable notifications at any time in the iOS Settings app.
  4. No Third-Party Services Cartly does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting services. The app contains no ads.
  5. No Internet Connection Required Cartly works fully offline and does not send your data over the internet.
  6. Children's Privacy Cartly does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
  7. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Effective date" shown above.
